World Bee Day at Franklin Park Conservatory

Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens will host Save Ohio Bees™ founder Tracy Teuscher on Saturday, May 20 in celebration of World Bee Day as part of the Children’s Garden and Learning Pavilion activities.

  • Learn about gardening experiments, plant science, and seed exploration

  • Visit the Learning Pavilion at 11:00 a.m. and noon to learn about native bees

  • Learn how bees contribute to the sustainability of flowers, food, and forests

  • Have fun with the NEW Save Ohio Bees™ coloring page

  • Visit the Mason Bee house

  • Plus, get some bee-friendly wildflower mix

Tracy, a certified Ecotherapist and Naturalist, will be available from 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. to facilitate World Bee Day activities and distribute wildflower seed mix provided by OPN Seed.
