March 14 is butterflies day

Did you know Ohio is home to about 140 species of butterflies and nearly 500 species of native bees? Join us on March 14 at 6:00 p.m. at the Wilderness Center.

  • Discover Ohio’s wild butterflies and bees and how to help them flourish.  

  • Enjoy music, art, and pollinator-friendly wildflower seeds.

  • Win a Save Ohio Bees & Wilderness Center gift bag.

  • Shop the annual Native Plant Sale.

Meet the Presenter

Tracy Teuscher is a certified Ecotherapist and Naturalist earning an M.S. in Environmental Studies. Tracy serves as a nature educator for Save Ohio Bees, the Wilderness Center, Franklin Park Conservatory, Chef’s Garden, the Climate and Justice Teach-in, and more. Tracy enjoys helping others deepen human-nature connections and develop healing land stewardship practices.
